What we built this week
- A real Revenue and Sales engine. It looks at your bookings, what your competitors are charging, and what is coming up on the calendar, and tells you what to charge. Before, that took a meeting. Now it takes a glance.
- Purchasing got the full lifecycle. Raise an order, receive the goods, match it three ways with the invoice, see who approved what. The flow your finance team has been asking for, finally in one screen.
- Night Audit got a checklist. Every night closes the same way: same checks, same log, same handover. New people can run it on day one.
- Guest, Booking, and Folio records now keep a full history. Who changed what, when, why. Useful when a guest disputes a charge — or when an auditor walks in.
- Every list across the system got the same look. Same buttons, same filters, same empty states. Cleaner to use, less to learn.

A small thought
A hotel runs on small handoffs. Front desk to housekeeping. Kitchen to room service. Finance to night audit. Most software makes those handoffs more work. We are trying to make them invisible.
